Please let us know in advance if and what you would like to contribute so that we can include it in the marketing materials presented during the conference - such as the booklet given to attending buyers containing information on raffle prizes and giveaways. No later than 13 September 2024.

You can collect your badge and directory from 16:00 on 5 November 2024. Once you have checked in and registered, you will receive these items with your agenda.
✅ Please make sure you keep your directory as it contains important information about the conference.
Depending on your delegate package, you will receive your delegate directory at the registration desk on the day of the event.
✅ It is important that you wear your badge at all times, including during networking meals, so that we can identify you as a conference delegate and ensure that you have access to all parts of the conference.
⛔ Please note that no additional directories will be provided, so make sure you keep yours safe.
⛔ *This is a private conference and we cannot allow unregistered guests into the conference area.
*We are following DTCM guidelines and have a strict limit on the number of attendees. Your cooperation will ensure that EMEA TSC2024 is a safe space to network and do business.
1:1 meeting tables
Set up: 5 November from 17:00
Breakdown: 7 November from 14:30
✅ THN will assign you a table with your company name and table number.
✅ Your supplier display table will measure 183 (L) x 60 (W) x 72 (H). This is where you will have your 1:1 meetings. Here you can display your products and solutions.
⛔ Do not store samples on the floor.
⛔ Please do not bring banners, roll-up stands, branded tablecloths etc.
✅ Please be punctual and respect the scheduled start and end times of your meetings with buyers.
✅ If you have any gifts or takeaways that you would like to give to the buyers, please coordinate with the THN team to ensure that this is done smoothly and without disrupting the conference.
✅ You will be provided with a sticker sheet, please give a sticker to each buyer you meet to mark the end of your meeting.
⛔ In order to keep the conference on schedule, please do not keep the buyer longer than the scheduled time. This will help to ensure that all meetings run promptly and that everyone has an equal opportunity to meet their chosen buyers.
We regret that unregistered guests will not be allowed access to the conference area. Please note that prior registration and confirmation is mandatory under DTCM rules.
