All Products, Equipment, Furniture or any large items must be delivered to the LapitaDubai Park’s service entrance.
Before delivery: Item description & Lapita Code of Conduct Form must be filled, signed and submitted to The Hospitality Network by as soon as possible, and no later than September 30.
Upon Delivery:
The delivery team must carry the following
• Copy of the “Code of Conduct” form
• Valid identification document
• Driver’s valid license
These must be submitted to the Security Team present at the loading bay and can be collected back after the delivery has been made.

Please submit your company's high-resolution logo in the mentioned size as soon as possible (latest by Sept 4,2023)
The conference directory will be shared with all attending buyers. We require the following information about your company, so that we can include you in the directory. Please provide this information as soon as possible (latest by Sept 4, 2023).
We require attendee information for badges, directories, and room assignments. Based on your sponsorship package (Gold: 2x attendees; Silver: 1x attendee), please submit the required information to the THN team at info@t-h-n.com.
If you have submitted your company logo, we will provide you with the following four items to be added/posted on social media & LinkedIn:
I. Email signature banner
II. Website banner
III. Image for your social media page - participation post
IV. Video for your social media page - participation post
A great way to gain even more visibility at the conference is by sponsoring a raffle prize or giveaways to attending buyers. Please let us know in advance if and what you would like to contribute, so we can include it in the Marketing materials showcased during the conference - such as the booklet given to attending buyers containing information about raffle prizes and giveways.
To make the most of your time at the conference, you can pre-schedule your one-to-one meetings with buyers.
If you need more information about pre-scheduling your meetings, please refer to page 12 of the "What to expect" document (linked above).
Once you've checked in and registered at the hotel, starting from 4:00 pm on November 7, 2023.
You can collect your badge and directory starting from 4:00 pm on November 5th 2024. After you check in and register, you will receive these items along with your agenda.
✅ Please make sure to keep your directory safe as it contains important information about the conference.
Depending on your participation package, you'll receive one or two directories per company.
✅ It is important to wear your badge at all times, including during networking meals, so we can identify you as a conference participant and ensure you have access to all part of the conference.

*We are following DTCM guidelines and have a strict limit on the number of participants. Your cooperation will ensure that TSC2024 is a safe space to network and do business.

✅ Please be punctual and respect the scheduled start and end time of your meetings with buyers.
✅ If you have any gifts or takeaways that you would like to give to the buyers, please coordinate with the THN team to ensure that it is done smoothly and without disrupting the conference.
✅ You will receive a sticker sheet, Please give one sticker to each buyer you meet with, as a way to mark that you have concluded your meeting.
⛔ To keep the conference running on schedule, please do not keep the buyer with you longer than the scheduled time. This will help ensure that all meetings run promptly and that everyone has an equal opportunity to meet with the buyers they have selected.
Unfortunately, un-registered guests will not be permitted to enter the conference area. Kindly note that prior registration and confirmation is mandatory.
We kindly request your cooperation as we strive to adhere to the DTCM guidelines and ensure that TSC2024 remains a safe environment for networking and conducting business.
All attendees are part of a participation package, which includes conference meals as specified below:
